"This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

"JTC is the real deal. We hired them to pull out a section of our driveway that was damaged and install a new culvert. After the contract was signed, they were quick to the job and it was gorgeous! They were thorough and neat. They even replaced the sod that had to be removed. Cement crews are normally a bit rough in communication, but the end result is well worth it!!!!!!"

"Very disappointed with this contractor! After several attempts to contact them he finally called. We arranged a date/time to come out for a quote. He cam out as arranged. gave me a verbal quote and said he had to check with the city. A couple of weeks later after several texts and voicemails by me he finally gave me the city info. Ok, I was all set to accept his quote and give him the job but I first needed to see a written quote. It never happened. I left several voicemails and texts but received no response. He mossed out on several thousand dollars of work I was prepared to give him but the trust value went out the window. Not going to hire someone and they never show up or call me back. Thing happen but you need to keep in touch with your potential customers. This is bad business practices. Cannot trust they would show up or finish a job. I would be cautious giving a deposit too. Glad I didn't hire him. Needs to learn how to manage customers better and CALL THEM BACK!!!!"

"This stamped concrete company, Concrete Art and Decor, was absolutely amazing! The owners, brothers Jesus and Manuel, were attentive, responsive, respectful, and eager to do their work to my complete satisfaction. Their crew of talented “artists” who prepped, poured, and painted the concrete design (sometimes on their hands and knees) did not miss one detail! They even returned to clean any remaining dust from grinding, make sure drains were draining, and to do any touch up necessary. My patio is gorgeous and was admired by all of my guests over the Holidays! I have been a home owner for 40 years and have never encountered such a competent contractor whose goal was for me to be thrilled with their work, which I was! ! And on top of it, Concrete Art and Decor’s company prices are competitive. Do not confuse them with other companies out there (and I’ve had a few). They are the best! Thank you again, gentlemen, for making my pool deck so beautiful! I look forward to doing my driveway next!"

"APD was on time and a good price. Unfortunately, they pumped too much foam in an area that caused substantial damage to my deck. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on me. I would have been better off not hiring them at all considering the damage they left behind. When I reached out to them, neither owner could be bothered to even speak to me personally. I asked them if they would file a claim with their insurance company and they turned that into me wanting money. I just wanted them to take responsibility for causing the damage and then fix it. I would not hire them again!"
