"Brad came out and helped us with a repair to our fascia boards on our mother in law suite. He and his team also installed much needed soffits. Brad was extremely professional, friendly, and got the project done with a close attention to detail in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We would absolutely recommend reaching out to Warner for any installation or repair needs!"

"Raymond and Hannah responded quickly and professionally to my initial request through Home Advisor. It was evident during our first meeting that they are pros with a lot of experience, along with genuine care for their customers. They gave good, detailed estimates and really attended to our specific requests. We had a varied list of work ( drywall reconstruction, damaged floor removal & repair, roof repair, bathroom fixture installation, stucco repair, general painting and caulking.) They were through and were able to correct other problems that had been missed by previous hires. Their communication was fantastic! I live in another state and was overseeing this long work list for my mom who lives in Florida. I met Raymond and Hannah personally at the beginning of the projects and was confident that they would take care of my mom's property and relieve her stress due to some previous poor workmanship by other contractors. They were quick to call, text and e-mail details and send pictures of their work to help me know the details of all of the projects when I had to travel back to my out of state home. They were patient and respectful of my elderly mom and her needs. We added extra work requests to the list after we observed the excellent workmanship. My mom has another list that she is developing for them in the near future because of the excellent working relationship that they built. They demonstrated honesty, quality workmanship and great communication. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Raymond and Hannah and Faith Works Home Renovations! Customers say: True professional

"Let me start by saying I rarely have success with handymen. This wonderful gentleman came to my home. Installed a tv, moved heavy items, and assembled furniture. Cole was ONE out of many! Focused, organized, presentable. I was thrilled that he actually showed up! Will be referring to my close relatives for all their needs. Thank you again sir! Cole you are a wonderful human being and a promising contractor. p.s. he cleaned up after himself with glee"

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

No. Removing the cause of concern will only lead to deeper concern. You cannot use any fire-powered appliance like a fireplace or furnace without an escape route for the smoke and fumes. If you remove the flue intending to repair or replace it, you should only use the fireplace, wood stove, or furnace once the flue is in working order. If you cannot replace the flue you have removed, call a chimney repair professional immediately.

Yes, you should seal and cap an unused chimney to protect it from damage. Sealing the structure helps prevent moisture damage, which can lead to issues like cracks, spalling, efflorescence, and damaged mortar joints. Capping the chimney is also crucial to prevent blockages, damage from invasive critters, and downdrafts, while still allowing for proper air ventilation to manage moisture. For the best results, consult a chimney professional to select the right type of chimney or flue cap for your home. It's also wise to continue with annual chimney inspections to maintain the structure's integrity.

Having a pellet stove can indeed raise your insurance rates since they're a relatively common cause of fires in the home. However, rate increases vary by insurance provider so you should reach out to yours to determine exactly how much your rates might increase with a new pellet stove install.

Pellet stoves burn compressed wood byproducts, making them very efficient and clean-burning. However, even efficient combustion still produces fine dust particles, which could have an effect on the health of vulnerable people in your household, such as infants and people with asthma. A wood stove pro can help determine whether the levels in your home are unsafe.

Attics often contain a mix of insulation, electrical wiring, and other materials that can pose fire risks. That’s why furnaces should be installed in the attic with proper insulation and clearance from combustible materials. Additionally, the furnace should be equipped with proper ventilation and heat shields to prevent the buildup of excessive heat in the attic space. Regular inspections and maintenance are also crucial to identify and address any potential fire hazards.
