"Still trying to get my issues fixed due to very poor quality of roofing done and after new gutters (also by them) were put on wrong it exposed so many detrimental errors. Roof was put on in the beginning of May of 2021 and the old gutters were put back on correctly (which hid all of the issues and had it pass inspection) the new gutters were put on a month later incorrectly but exposing all of the issues. We are now in August still waiting for the issues to be resolved. The rep that comes out named Shawn has been been very informative and kind but definitely don’t speak to Danielle in the office because she is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been very patient and kind but have been losing my kindness and patience very quickly. Hopefully the incorrect issues will be fixed because we came to this company because of their reputation and the kind rep. Not sure why we got stuck with such a horrible job. Hoping to post a better update with a better review once this issue is resolved."
