Went well. They enclosed the area by the hearth with a plastic barrier. He suited up and cleaned the whole chimney. They do not wash the hearth, but losses scrub and vacuum with a powerful heap vacuum. Once done they cleaned up the area.

They were responsive, prompt, and thorough in sweeping the chimney. They also inspected it while they were at it, which I really appreciated. I'd thought that in addition to sweeping the chimney they'd clean the hearth, but they said that wasn't included. I understand that because it's something I can do.

Great Service & Glad we had it done. They were on time, on schedule, and on budget. They kept the house clean. They were more thorough than I thought they would be. They removed & cleaned each vent grille, cleaned the return air filter grille, opened up the air handler and cleaned it out, they cleaned the main trunk lines and the off shoot flexible ducts going to each room. The house smelled better immediately. Also, within 24 hours noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of dust on the furniture. So, glad that we chose to use Longman's. Their staff and technicians were consummate professionals. Would like to give a special note of Thanks to their lead tech, Shannon, who was bright, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt our home was in good hands.

It went great! The workmen were on time and very respectful. It turned out we had a another handler we had forgotten about and they were able to quote us a fair price and include it in the work order. They basically worked all day, not only did they clean the vents but carefully cleaned the vents attached to the ceilings. After that, I called a few days later and had them clean the chimney of a rental property we have at the beach and that went smoothly as we../

Wonderful. Mr. Longman called me back swiftly and got me scheduled within 48 hours. His two young workers couldn't have been more lovely. They were competent and polite and courteous and made sure that the issue was cleared up. They had to use a ladder to reach the 30 foot high vent.

Bill and his team were a pleasure to work with from the initial inquiry. Bill was able to give me a quote over the phone and walk me through the process while scheduling the service within a week.
Shannon & Frank arrived promptly in the morning, and I was so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and how courteous they were. I was greatly appreciative of them explaining everything in detail as this was the first time for us to have our air duct system and dryer vent cleaned. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I will definitely be using Longman's services in the future, and would highly recommend them!

The two guys that came out (Shannan and Cole) were really good guys, both were pretty young, but extremely knowledgeable about the who process. Shannon walked me through everything they were doing and when they did it came back to show me the results. They cleaned up after themselves amazingly. Can't even tell they were ever hear. Great work!!!!

I contacted Longman's Duct Cleaning about getting a bid on having the air ducts cleaned for my house. I spoke with Bill Longman (the owner) who spent a lot of time explaining the detailed process that his company goes through, and what makes it better than the typical air cleaning company that is not part of National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). I had already done my research, so I knew that if you want your air ducts to be cleaned professionally and done correctly, you have to use a company that performs to NADCA standards. Yes, it is more expensive. But the companies that are charging $50 to clean your ducts, aren't really doing anything useful and just wasting your money. Bill scheduled a day a couple of weeks in advance to come out and clean both systems. His team showed up on time and went right to work. They ended up staying late to finish the majority of the job in one day. They were clean, professional and did a great job (I took off a few of the registers at vents and returns and didn't see any dirt / dust from my inspection). I would highly recommend Longmans.

The three men that came to my house were very nice, respectful, worked together very well they worked in a very orderly way that really impressed me they did not waste time. They answered all my questions very through.They were very careful of my things. They left my home cleaner after they left than when they came. They were so respectful and nice. very professional I would recommended this company as a # 1 company they are the best company I have ever used. They give you a lot for your money I know I did a lot of research before I made my choice . I would recommend you try this company first you will not be sorry. Thank you for the great work you did for me I can not say enough about this men to do them justice that's how good they are your lose if you don't use them. Thanks guys

We had an extremely long vent out of our dryer and they did a beautiful job. We had the whole house done. Whatever the price was, it was reasonable and that's why we selected them. They were prompt.

Amazing! Able to get in and out in 2 hours, got a ton of stuff out of the chimney, analyzed the cap and chase. Did great work. Highly recommend. I strongly recommend over Ashbuster's, who I feel ripped us off. Longman's charged us $185, Ashbuster's attempted to charge us $400-600 for the same service, also claiming we needed a chase and cap. Stick with Longman's! Thanks for your great work!

Longman's offered a special deal at my condo complex to get the dryer vent cleaned. Excellent job. I may be crazy but I think my dryer is drying faster. I feel safer, too. Less risk of fire.
