Work was performed quickly and professionally. Communication between office and staff was poor as my app.t was set for between 12 and 4 pm with a phone call prior to arrival. The worker showed up at 9 am without a phone call and when I stated the scheduled time for the appt. he said no one had told him. It worked out fine since I was home and available but there is no guarantee that would work out next time. Need better communication.

I bought the deal on A.L. for a wood stove cleaning. Was sent an email to contact the company for scheduling. Always got the voicemail, and it took several messages and almost a week for a call back. Apparently the office person was on vacation. The appointment was setup for the next day and the worker came out at the appropriate time. The work was completed quickly and he offered to inspect the flu for my boiler as well since he was there. He felt it was clean and didn't need any work. I liked the honesty. Overall, decent. Just the hiccup with communication.

All of the cleaning was done from inside the house. I had expected that they would inspect the chimneys from the roof (check pointing and flashing) but i guess technology has evolved.. They were courteous, clean and professional.
