Called Roberson for an estimate on a full roof replacement after Hurricane Ian. Had used them 1 time previously for a leak repair, and they were diligent in finding the leak and getting it fixed. Their estimate for the replacement was competitive and fair, and I was told to expect about 2 months out due to the volume of work. Imagine my surprise to be called 6 weeks early and be told they were ready to go! My neighbors watched in amazement as the team swarmed my roof and completed all work in 1 day with clean up and debris removed. Very pleased

Very well, though we had to wait almost 2 months. Roberson family were personally involved and supervised work. Estimated cost was close…we did have to have some wood replaced …costs were in line with estimates. The replacement of skylights went well and are an improvement over originals. The only problem was getting all of the nails cleared out, but company and office staff were very friendly and cooperative doing the magnetic sweep several times. Price was almost 3 times last time ($8,000) to around $22,000. due to present economic conditions.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE FINISH. CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND HAD AN ALMOST IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. NATURALLY, IT TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO GET IN THEIR SCHEDULING, BUT THAT IS PAR FOR THE COURSE ON ANYTHING NOWDAYS. THEY ARRIVED AT 7:00 A.M. AS SCHEDULED. BY THE END OF THE DAY, EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETE AND CLEANED UP. OUR POOL DECK AND CARPORT WAS CLEANER AFTER THEY LEFT THAN BEFORE. THE MEN DOING THE ROOF WERE POLITE AND CONSCIENTIOUS OF OUR PROPERTY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. DO WISH IT WAS CHEAPER, BUT WHO WOULDN'T! PRICE WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH THE OTHER QUOTES WE RECEIVED, BUT A LITTLE CHEAPER.

Roberson did an excellent job. They dropped off the wood ahead of time so I could paint it. That saved me from finding a painter for a two-story home. You can't tell there was ever any damage.

They completed the job in record time, kept me informed and were extremely polite and respectful. Their stellar service helped me reconcile with the fact that I had to replace a 16 yo roof, because of the Florida insurance crisis, and not because I needed one. As expected, they timely showed up to do the inspection, promptly got me an estimate and then arrived on time the date they were scheduled to do the repair. Every point of contact I had with Roberson Roofing was done courteously and professionally. I would highly recommend them if I needed a new roof or a roof repair.

They were at my house to do the estimate very quickly. I dealt with Eric Roberson on that day. He described in full, and in terms I could understand, what exactly they would do. He described their process for keeping the project incredibly tidy. They put tarps around the entire area. They swept a total of 3 times for roofing nails. And if you’ve ever had a roof replaced, you know how great it is to not step on an errant nail. I recommend them. 5 stars, no doubt.

Eric Roberson and a crew of 10 arrived promptly at 7 am to reroof our home. We had an extremely professional and hardworking crew. They worked straight until lunchtime with no downtime. Took a lunch break then right back at it! They finished the entire 3000 plus square foot roof in one day. Clean-up was organized and superb! Working with the office staff was a pleasure as well. After the final inspection, we received an electronic bill and could pay with apple, credit, or debit which I found to be so simple and efficient! I would highly recommend Roberson roofing without any reservations! Their company is a well-oiled machine.

Mr. Roberson provided an estimate for the repairs. When they came to do the work, they found there was not as much involved as anticipated and so the final bill was less than half the estimate. The repair was necessary due to an error by a previous roofer who installed a new roof four years earlier. The original roofer never returned our calls after one return visit which did not fix the problem. We are very pleased with Roberson's quick and courteous service.

Perfect! The stucco repairman verified that Roberson Roofing did a great job resolving the issues that needed to be taken care of prior to new stucco being put on chimney. Eric Roberson was very responsive the the timely scheduling of the needed repairs and the crew he sent to our home was very professional. The quote and the end cost was very fair in comparison to other quotes I received from other roofing companies. Our chimney and the area immediately surrounding it required replacement of damaged wood, installation of new base sheet on roof deck, installation of synthetic underlayment around chimney, installation of new L-flashing around entire chimney and installation of new shingles around the base of the chimney as well as the area immediately surrounding the chimney. I highly recommend Roberson Roofing and will definitely be using them for any roofing needs I have in the future.
