The three separate times the crew was here to remove the canopies was excessive, as they didn’t plan for the need of three persons or a large ladder. Third time was the charm. The quality is unquestionably pristine. Because of removal scheduling my canopies were not completed and installed on schedule, as initially promised. A little disappointing it was a month over due, but not the end of the world. The crew was kind and impressive throughout. I highly recommend this company. Just set job expectations up front.
