I have patiently waited to see if they finally finish my job from September 2024, it is now March 26, 2025 and they continue to delay, excuse after excuse. Their focus is for commercial jobs, not residential. Residential work is pushed out without warning or communication until they have time. Their back-office team has no coordination or communication skills as I have to continually follow-up, and push for updates. The sales person I worked with is no longer with them, that is another story. Their install team (I had the Pergola installed, still waiting for other work), is excellent once they are scheduled. What is frustrating is that they require a large deposit up front and then sit on it for months before any progress is made. I DO NOT recommend Valrose for residential work at all.

The experience wasn't pleasant, as we have to be chasing them to find out installation date, as it was cancelled and rescheduled several times, last minute (via email) not even bothering to call. After it was installed, the material came with damages and we are still trying to have it corrected, no answer from our emails/calls.

Marc was very professional and guided me to the right things to do. From the first call to installation, everything went smooth and easy. They showed up on time, very respectful during this pandemic, and the final results are amazing. The whole team was there for all questions from quote, appointment, installation etc. Thanks again

I called several awning companies and only one company showed up at my house to provide an estimate. From the initial estimate with Marc Gutman to the final installation the team at Valrose was courteous and responsive. I dealt with Geovanina Martinez and Fabiana Nudelman via email and they were prompt in their replies and answered all of the our questions. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the product and service.

It was fantastic. The person who represented the company came to us after I made the initial phone call. When I spoke to Mark, he came in my house. We did not have to find them. He was very helpful in every regards of the process. They made it easy to communicate to a different options. They were very professional. They properly explained everything to us. We got exactly we agreed we would get. They really did exactly everything they said they would do. They did it in a timely manner, efficient manner, and beautiful manner. We were very happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to everybody. Price was well worth it.
