Ryan does amazing work,enclosed an oversized Screened In Patio with Acrylic Windows (removable) Heavy Duty Aluminum Structure partially insulated and New thick Aluminum Door.Not one section is off center,everything came together PERFECT.His expertise is hard to find,clean work and used the best of materials.Couldnt be happier and glad I found Him,look forward to Future Projects.

I had a patio enclosure with a solid roof installed. I cannot say enough good things about working with Ryan and his company. From the ease of communicating with Ryan, to working out the details. The price was reasonable and more than justified by the excellent quality of materials and installation. I would highly recommend him. I love my patio.!!

Ryan's power washed and sealed my patio roof and gutters; added flashing between the roof and facial; power washed the patio ceiling and floor; replaced the screening, and installed a new screen door. He was efficient, courteous, and professional. His rates are very reasonable and I have recommended him to some neighbors.

I went thru several of the bigger name companies around here to build an insulated roof patio. All wanted to do the job using some existing wooden materials and/or w/o a permit. Ryan insisted that is not the right way and thru various communication w/ him, I ultimately decided to give him a chance based largely on the reviews here. I am so glad I did. When his team came to demo my old, wooden patio enclosure, it was evident the posts were rotten. He used brand new steel posts and hardware which was beyond the minimum spec, to give me even better piece of mind. His communication and knowledge about this project was the best out of everyone I spoke with. He would always return my calls and answer questions/concerns and everything was done in a timely, efficient manner w/ frequent updates. Will be talking to him again soon to do my windows!

Ryan's work ethic and the concrete contractor that he works with on projects are all top notch! Talking to Ryan is like talking to your good friend and he really looks out for the client. He finished our lanai long before he thought it would even be started and we couldn't be happier. We are the second project he's had in our neighborhood and we would recommend him to anyone; in fact, we already have!

Ryan was amazing was on time and prompt. Took his time to get it done correct the first time. This project was done in one day. He enclosed my front and rear patios. It came out amaizng. If you live in Broward you need to look no further Ryan is all you need.

I needed part of my pool screen enclosure removed so I could have some roof repair work done. I had previously hired a different company to do the work, but on the day they were supposed to they never showed up nor returned my phone calls. The company was." THE SCREEN MAN" Dave Schmidt. Do not use them. I also did not get him from Home Advisor. Anyway I searched frantically because the roofers were coming the following day, but I postponed them till I could find a company to do the job. I contacted R.A.W. Home & Exterior Design and Ryan called me back right away. I asked if he does the work I needed to be done. & he said yes. he came to my house the following afternoon, looked at what needed to be done and gave me a price. I was not only happy but he beat the other company's estimate by 25 %. I hired him on the spot. Ryan came the following afternoon and started the job. After the roofers finished what they were doing Ryan came back and completed replacing the screen enclosure. I couldn't have been happier with the job Ryan did and would highly recommend him for what ever you need to be done. He also gave me a great price to rescreen my enclosure at a future date. Again I ws happy the other company didnt show & I hired Ryan... 5 Stars is not enough to rate him... If you need work done at a great price! Look no further. Mike D margate

Ryan is a pro. I went through at least 10 contractors quoting me between $1500 to $5000 to have my porch screened in. Ryan showed up on time, was very patient, explained the process, recommended various ways of having the patio screened in. Right away, I could tell he knew what he was talking about due to the fact that he pointed things out that the other contractors did not. He quoted me a fair price, took various measurements, showed up and had the patio screened in in one day. The result: fantastic! Painless, fair and efficient. Thank you Ryan.
