"So far things have not been good. We had a tech come out to service our Miele coffee machine. When I called the company I told them I thought the pump was the issue. The tech then diagnosed a different problem. The recommend service has been done and there is no change to the status of the machine, it still doesn’t brew coffee. I contacted Miele a couple of times and finally was told they would send a tech again to review the situation, however, the day for the service call came and passed and no tech arrived and we received no communication from the company. I would rate this Clermont territory’s overall communication as poor. I’m still hoping they follow up on things and are able to help us…"

He was able to remove some metal debris that had come off clothing and was trapped in rotating parts of dryer. He was honest and very fair.
