Heat Pump Repair or Service
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Repair and his staff. They were very professional from start to finish and did an outstanding job installing my new 2-ton Carrier unit.
The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly.
They also took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Excellent customer support and service! Carlos and Michael arrived less than one hour after first contact. They got us in today, which was amazing and repaired our AC unit which stopped working since yesterday and were very thorough. They found the coolant leak and fixed the freezing coils. These two men did excellent work and got our AC working great. Thanks so much, you guys are awesome! You will always be our choice for repair! Thanks for everything, you made our day!

The were very professional and kind but charged me $200 for a $40 thermostat. I suppose we should expect to be gouged but as an elderly single woman, I feel taken advantage of.

Our warranty company, AHS, assigned MR Repair Appliance to help us with our problem, (after the first two companies had communication problems.) Although our job is not completed, Carlos and his explanations and hard effort over several hours have proven he and his company are thorough professionals. (Our confidence is also bolstered by the cheery and prompt Ellie, who handles appointments in the office.) He'll be checking back in with us today after he talks with GE so he can return and finalize the repairs. After he is finished, I'll add a follow-up review here.

Service and prices were reasonable and the service tech came out on an additional follow up just off goodwill. They know their stuff as far as different brands and remedies and I definitely would hire again.

Dryer change went well. Unfortunately the technician was not prepared for a dryer change. He did not have a two wheel cart or a truck large enough to properly haul the old one away. He muscled the dryer into place and jammed the dryer into his truck doing some damage to his storage bins I am sure. I believe he did not know what the job was before he arrived. His dispatcher failed him. I believe the tech was a good guy but I question whether the company is on the ball and will think hard about hiring them again.

He charged me $400.00 and did not install all parts. The refrigerator is not repaired I spoke with manager and he said he would come back if I paid him more money. He wanted to be paid twice and did. vvnot know how to repair refrigerator. Horrible.

"We were hired by [Member Name Removed] at [Member Information Removed] Kissimmee, Florida [Member Information Removed] thru Angie’s List. She called us for a price for Labor ONLY to replace a compressor and add freon to an LG refrigerator. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] had already ordered the compressor from LG and we gave her a price of $400 to install a part that she specifically stated was the problem with the refrigerator. We arrived on 8/3/20 replaced the compressor, collected funds and unit was working. On 8/4/20 customer contacted our office to advise us that refrigerator was not working and that we needed to return to install more parts that she received from LG (she never told us about other parts, she only wanted us to replace the compressor which she was sure was the problem). The owner of our company contacted her and told her we will be happy to return to find out what happened with the compressor at no additional charge. He told her that if there are additional parts to install, we would need to charge her additional labor as the price she was quoted was only to install compressor. Nevertheless, customer told owner of our company she did not want us to return and was going to call her credit card company to get her money back. We performed a job that we were called to do, quoted the customer and she agreed."

Technician came out asked questions, turned in machine and diagnosed replacement valve. Called me back gave me the price and asked for half the repair cost and part. I refused and they dropped the request. Two new technicians came later to install part. They installed the part and found it not to be the problem after at least 2 hrs. They then decided they didn’t know the problem but wanted to cut my tile to remove the machine to find out the problem, I said forget it and told them how unprofessional their service had been. They refunded me my $45 service fee. I called another technician who analyzed the problem as a pump and repaired it. This was my first and last time I will use your service.

The repair went fine. The tech was able to come over the same day and was able to fix the dryer at a reasonable price. The tech was very courteous and informative. The dispatcher was very cooperative. Both were very professional.
