Mr Stady returned my request for a quote within a few hours. We agreed to an appointment for the same day. He arrived on time. He and his wife work together and we’re very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our noisy dryer. His fee for the service call was reasonable. We lucked out this time and did not need new parts. He was able to remove some metal debris that had come off clothing and was trapped in rotating parts of dryer. He was honest and very fair. I would definitely call him again, and would highly recommend him.

courteous, professional, and punctual. Reasonable charge for diagnostic (plus parts) and backed up his work; if new part didn't fix the cranky oven temperature, he would return and replace with new part and would refund cost of original part and not charge for return visit. Doesn't get any better than that. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the service received from the very beginning. We clarified on the phone what was specifically needed. Mr. Stady took interest immediately in our problem and arranged for his on-site repair visit, arriving on time with all necessary parts and tools. From the time of his arrival to the time of his departure, he and his assistant put their full attention to the repair, wasted no time, tested the repair and left the area spotless. Upon completion, they cordially said goodbye and made me feel like a valued customer. The fees charged were reasonable and acceptable. There is no doubt that I will call them again, when I have the need for large appliance repair.

Contacted Tom Stady of Stady's Appliance Service early afternoon on a Sunday and explained to him our refrigerator/freezer was not working. Tom explained he typically does not work on Sundays and he and his family were having lunch after attending church. I explained our situation to Tom and he took my name and information, explained his company service rates, and said he would give us a call in about an hour. Tom and his wife Norma came to our home, diagnosed the problem as a defective motherboard, retrieved the part from his service truck and made the much needed repair in less than one hour. They provided fast, courteous, and very clean service on an extremely short notice request. I would recommend Stady's Appliance Service to anyone needing large appliance repair.

Fair in price and he was excellent tells you everything up front and he was just excellent. Guarantees his work for 90 days and he offers a military discount so that was important to us. It's personal Tom comes out to do the work on his own.
