"Thank you, what makes this a special review is that this wasn't a normal job for me. I met these awesome people & contracted to just remodel a bathroom. At some point we were talking & they wanted to surprise their parents, them decided to remodel another bathroom & a kitchen. I wasn't sure how it was going to work. but I was honor for them to have trust in me to design & pick out cabinets , countertops & tiling floors & backsplash & all the other stuff needed. I went shopping for them & received all the things ship to the house they bought off Amazon. I'm respectfully grateful. I know it was taking a chance trusting someone thousand of miles away. "I normally only do full remodeling bathroom. The reason why is, jut to do new vanities, counter tops. paint, rip=out, plumbing & electrical. It's very enduring to organize. I knew no one else will do this project for them at a reasonable cost. Plus once I met them, couldn't walk away. Thank you for the trust. You have done some great things in life helping o others. "This was one of those jobs where they let me be creative, If you saw this kitchen before & after, it would shock you. I really enjoyed this project. We also did there daughters bathroom. we painted the walls yellow, flower tile on shower floor with spider webs shower wall. So cute. The floor they pick out for the rest of the house didn't go well with what we where doing, so they trusted me & they the a big veins Calacatta high gloss floor, it change the whole look of the house. Looks like a showroom. So when we finish, they had a big dinner party with all there friends. It was great. I can only thank you for trusting in me & letting me be creative. It was a lot of work, but just plan out fun. I on purpose kept confuses there daughter name with the dog name. She wasn't to happy, it was great. I'm a big kid inside. "This customer contacted me to remodel a bathroom that he started to do some of the work. Like I have said before, it doesn't matter how big the project is, I believe in helping where I can. We finish in about one week. It turned out beautiful. I'm proud of all our projects big or small. I wanted to thank the homeowner for trusting us to do his project. "This was my first time having a job delayed, especially by the pandemic. This was a small job, but a fully permitted job. Then when the city shut down we had to also. We where never sure when we will be able to restart? But a year later the homeowner decided it was time to finish. The prices went up across the board. I stay true to our original contracted cost. We was able to navigate our way through the city & all the inspections, passing each one the first time. We custom build in to the wall a pot & pan hanging section, we had a corner cabinet custom enlarge to make excess easier & other stuff all at my cost. Not a penny more. I like to help people finishing there projects no matter how difficult it becomes. I guess it's the Marines instill in me, never leave a job unfinish. I can only thank the homeowner (whose name I can't mention here on this platform), for trusting & believing in my company. It means alot to me scarifying another customer. I hope you & your family enjoy your new kitchen for many years to come. Thank your wonderful daughter for me, who's a vegetarian for introducing me to cauliflower chips. "Once again I met more good hearted people. It's has been a crazy atmosphere working & respecting the virus. These fine folks where seniors along with myself. We all worn masks in each other presents. This wasn't a big job, but as all my jobs it was very especial to me. I enjoy being part of people lives even for a small moment. The Mister of the house & his wonderful wife, we laugh every day in each other presents To me these aren't just projects, it making friends alone the way. I'm pre judge on my Angie's List reviews, which is the reason I work so hard to keep a A rating that I'm very proud of. Once customer handed over first deposit, my job begins. What I promise is to get in & out fast with highest quality of work. This customer was great. (I can't mention his name in this format). He trusted me completely. That was all it took. then. I gave him all my attention. I walk him through everything, even went shopping with & without him for countertops, cabinets, sinks & handles & whatever else was needed. "It's true, under permits we did completely finish in less than five weeks. it was an impossible task, it took alot of attention. I made a promise with homeowner to do & I kept my word. On average it takes two to three months to remodel a kitchen. I have heard from others sometimes it took a year. I find that insulting to the homeowners. It was the holidays & I wanted to give them back there kitchen to enjoy before Christmas & New years. I truly believe in getting in & out as fast as possible with not compromising the quality of work. I don't take on any job, I don't chase money. I only chase perfection. It's the Marines in me. I had the pleasure of meeting another great american family. I take trust & respecting your home very seriously. To me it's not going above the call of duty, it's an every project standard with me. Thank for the opportunity to be part of your life. Yes it's true I felt in love with there dog. It was awesome. I lost my dog last year & I found new life loving others dogs. "Once again I got lucky meeting the coolest people. This was a big permitted job we finish within six weeks, which is a really fast pace. We believe in making remodeling less stressful & get in & out. but most importantly delivering a beautiful finish product. Being a Sgt, in the Marines I work with extreme amount of pride. Once we agree on cost, no matter how difficult a project gets with changes along the way, we keep the job on time & almost no up-charge. Too bad we have to trade money, because I enjoy what I do! "This customer may an awesome investment in his new town house. We help him with quartz counter tops, painting the entire unit & updated lighting. It really looks great. I didn't do the tile floors in this project, but with my experience, I was able to save this customer over $2000 dollars with tiling & base boards. I believe in helping when can. "When I met with this homeowner, he just bought his condo & had to do everything. Including leaks in outside walls & air conditioning. We tile entire floors & remodel kitchen & baths, we touch the entire unit including ceilings. He had no female for a woman touch, so I had to play that designer role. Lol! I think we did a great job, it looks awesome. This is the kind of job we like. Complete trust from start to finish. I didn't get this floor tile job, because they already sign a contract with other. But I was able to save them at lease over $2000.00 with some advice on what to do & not to do. I was glad to help.
