He texted back that he was still coming that day. As it grew late, I texted again because the job was clearly not going to be done. He replied that he couldn't come due to problems with another job. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He didn't cap the hole for the toilet pipe and my 6 yr old granddaughter was met with a rat in our bathroom. Not satisfied, I contacted Brette's and he refunded 300.00. Then we had to call The Drain Team in to get ot fixed right. A lot of money for seniors. Not very satisfied. No written estimate, which I asked for and no receipt. SMH. "
