We really appreciated the work that Chris did renovating our kitchen his team was clean and efficient and he did extra work like installing blinds and running to the store to get pieces. We recommend him highly and he was very honest and professionnal.

Chris and his team did a great job with a really large project. Fascia and soffit repair including mitigating water and termite damage. This project also included removal of an aluminum carport roof and replacing it with a wooden structure. Prompt and courteous. Definitely would recommend.

Chris and his crew are everything you are looking for in a professional handyman service. Courteous, diligent with their time and expertise, and they clean up after themselves. Heâ s not cheap, but if you want quality work and the job done right the first time, this is your guy. I almost didnâ t want to give this review because I want to keep him just for our 3 waterfront homes, but I guess I could share him, lol.

If you need a company that is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable then EZProjects LLC is the company you need and want. It so refreshing to have a company that really cares about their customers and the work that they do. Chris along with father and son team Leonard and Lenard did an amazing job replacing a leaking shower pan that leaked into a adjacent room . The work that they did was phenomenal and surprisingly quiet. I was able to continue with my work without being distracted by the construction. The fantastic job that they did saved me so much money. I would definitely recommend EZPROJECTS LLC for all households fixes and maintenance. Thanks EZPROJECTS, you are my go to service for any and all my future projects and repairs. Chris and his associates were very prompt in replying and checking to ensure they could complete the project . They did a wonderful job, weâ re very responsive to my request for the work and in doing the work. The job I had them do was a bit complicated. They needed to rent equipment and ensure they would be able to do all of the work needed without harming the building where I live. They did all of this while also communicating with my HOA. I would highly recommend EZ Projects for any of your handyman needs. They are more than just a â handymanâ service. They can do much more.

We had a noise reduction ceiling put in. Chris, John and team were wonderful. Chris showed up as scheduled for the initial meeting and provided the estimate when he said he would. The crew was on time each day, friendly and respectful of our home. Work quality excellent. I will call Chris with any additional projects.

I would not hire Chris again. I have sent them a text multiple times with no response. He left me with a job partially done. I had shelving installed which I think could have been measured out a little better than he did. He didnt finish the trim as expected, I have trim missing still. He was supposed to put up doors on my linen closet and other openings but will not return my phone call. I have already paid him half the money for the job he did, which I feel I over paid for what was done here. I'm really disappointed, nice guy but does not follow up or call.

"Customer requested special order doors and it was explained it would take 3-4 weeks. The customer changed her mind after paying deposit to order doors. I tried to explain and compromise with customer but she did not respond to multiple emails and text messages. Unfortunately I can't control special order materials and it even more difficult when customer changes mind once materials ordered."

"Original estimate for customer was to replace one sheet drywall and install flooring in small room. Customer insisted on adding more and more items before completing original tasks including repairing damaged walls from plumber and electrician, installing flooring in bathroom and closet, hanging lights, and installing closet doors. Although customer agreed to price somehow she thought work and extra materials should be free when all complete. After explaining to customer that all work was approved by her she finally paid. This customer tried to scam me for excellent work performed. I have reported her to HomeAdvisor and refuse any future work"

I will definitely be hiring Chris with EZ Projects in the future. He did an excellent job on the tile work that I needed doing in a master bath and was extremely easy to work with. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said that he would do. His price was very competitive and I really couldn't have asked for a better job ....

EZ Projects solved my attic problem. There was no air flowing into the attic from the eaves. They removed the aluminium soffits and cut holes in plywood that was there when house was built (contractor who installed soffits neglected to do this), then reinstalled the soffits. Chris, the owner figured out how to remove and replace soffits without damaging them. He came up with a creative solution. He's the only one I talked to who understood my problem. The soffits look as good as new. Air is now flowing through the eaves. I like people who think outside the box. Most people I talked to didn't understand the problem or thought it was too difficult. The crew were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The job was done in day and a half. Quick scheduling too. We initially talked about a week before the work was done. Price was fair plus I got a senior discount. Always nice...I will call them again. Good company.

Chris was very knowledgeable. I hired him for a fence repair (my satellite dish had fallen on a neighbors fence). He fixed the fence like new. I hired him for another job on the spot. He knows a lot about home repair. He was on time and did the job very quickly. I would hire him again.

He showed up two hours late, did not get the mirror hung in the center of the wall, said he would come back the next day to rehang it and he never showed up or even called me to say why he did not show up and charged $150 for this experience. Really nice guy though!

"We informed the customer in advance we were running a couple hours late due to an emergency. Customer approved work prior to leaving and paid the invoice with no issues. Customer called a few hours later stating the mirror was 1/8" off center which is not visible with naked eye. I feel like we achieved customers request, however, the customer wanted to change the location of the mirror which was not apart of our scope. I offered to come back out but the customer refused the offer."

We were very lucky to find someone like Chris to make several repairs on our property in Clearwater Beach. Not only did he perform excellent work, but he offered numerous suggestions to help us cut costs while still providing quality solutions. As if that werent enough, he rearranged his schedule when he realized we were on a tight timeline getting our property ready for rental and stayed until every task was completed. He is simply an honest, hardworking person and we look forward to working with him and EZ Projects again for other projects.
