I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He was rude, unprofessional, and totally uncooperative. Even though I proposed a solution, he still refused to cooperate and still didn't refund my money. He never arrived and did not do work. Nothing has been refunded so far, and I have had no further communications from him. I also found similar complaints about him from other customers."
