Fantastic service. They were on time, work area was clean and they cared about getting it fixed. Vinny took pride in his work. The top rack in the dishwasher wasn't getting things clean. A new pump was needed. Vinny thought it would take a couple of days to get. But the boss, Stephen, called later to say they would have the part and finish the repair the very next day. Super happy. I would definitely recommend them to all!!!! Give Vinny a raise. ?

The service went very and I was satisfied and they were reasonably priced for the service.

He assess the issue and orders the part and came back and repaired it immediately.

Had to order the parts from the NW area and were able to get them in a timely manner. Installed the parts in a timely manner and was able to use the washing machine within a weeks time. Even though my machine is an aged one, it was more cost effective to repair the unit instead of buying a new unit. My Whirlpool unit could be described as a "workhorse" and I enjoy using it.

Tech. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem but had to reschedule because of lack of available part. Came back (as promised) two days later and finished the work satisfactory.

Fair price for service call quote. Others were less expensive, however, they also had a longer wait for an appointment. They were punctual and professional. Our appliance was not repairable; but we appreciated the honesty and explanation of the diagnosis. Family owned local business - would definitely recommend and use again for future service and repairs. A+!

Absolutely perfect! Called on very short notice after closing hours. Got a call back from Stephen within an hour. Non-working fridge is a bit of an emergency. He was able to have Jimmy come by the next morning. Repair completed right then. Fridge is now running fine. Could not have imagined better, more responsive service. Thanks Jimmy and Steve!!!!

Unfortunately, it was not cost effective to fix it.

Technician was professional and polite. On first visit he quickly trouble shot the problem, quoted us, ordered the parts, and three days later returned to install the new parts. I could have done this myself for a little less money, but Stephens are pros and got the job done for me satisfactorily. Recommend them for any appliance repairs.

Jimmy is an excellent and knowledgable technician. The refrigerator/freezer defrost was not working and making ice all over the freezer, fan was making weird noises, After the repair, it's working perfect again and no more defrost issue.

The repair man and Stephen were very nice, however the time that was scheduled and the time they showed up were different. He did a good job, but a was little pricey.

They diagnosed it and fixed it within 30 minutes. What I really liked, is before they came out. They had me text the model and serial number. So that way they had the part with them. They told me based on what I told them was going on. Stephen felt like he knew what the issue was so he picked up the part before coming to the house. So that way I did not hear a part needed ordered. They were quick, cleaned up, plugged it back in. And waited to make sure it was good. Explained the warranty. I definitely am keeping the receipt in case we have other issues with other appliances. Great job, worth every bit of the charge.

An unusual fix but did the trick. Nothing wrong with fridge workings, door was letting in warm air.

Was done in 30 minutes time, but price was outrageous

1st we hired Tampa appliances solutions we paid him a $40 service charge and this man said it was the seal by the door. that did not fix it and the man ran off with our money and would return any calls and we gave him a check $115. so we called Stephen's Appliance Repair and they came out and charged $69 and he told us it was not the door seal but it was the float switch assembly and it would cost about $296. so he would have to order the part and he could install Tuesday I said it would have to be that Thursday. so he came out and punt the part in and it was still leaking. know he says there is a tube in the tub has a hairline crack in it and it can't be fixed told us to buy a new dishwasher. so it was not the part he said. and he diagnosed it wrong. we paid him $69 dollars for what. we paid him $69 dollars to tell us what is wrong with the dishwasher. so know we paid 2 different people to tell us what. two companies missed diagnosed the problem. so we just ordered a new dishwasher will be here Saturday. I have now lost trust with people
