Brian insists that work begin only after all the materials are on site, so the renovations went much faster and smoother than I've experienced in the past. He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise.
