Our experience with G7 was refreshing to say the least. Like most homeowners, unfortunately, we had our contractor horror stories. We initially committed to a different contractor and due to poor communication, planning and no shows by employees my wife and I had to cancel midway through our homes renovation while we were still living here. Basically, we were living at a construction site on hold if you can envision how that was, frustrating to say the least. Ultimately, we found G7 from a neighbor to salvage our expiring permits and completing the remodeling of our home. Overall, it was the communication with Alex and G7 that put my wife and I at ease. Regarding the previously pulled permits, Alex and G7 were able to salvage them and reduce our revised anticipated renovation cost, we were worried we'd have to start from scratch and deal with the processing delays to continue to drag out the renovation far beyond our expectations while paying twice for the permits. After addressing the permit issues, G7 transitioned into the remodeling phase. The G7 team was able to salvage and finalize the existing work and meet their self imposed deadlines they provided us during the proposal process. The level of communication is wonderful. They understood what I needed done, and completed the work as requested. They are professionals, very responsible. I was impressed with the quality work they performed and how quickly they got everything done. Yes, they do clean up everyday before leaving and hauled away their trash. You will not regret using G7 for your home improvement. Large or small jobs, they will work with you. Just an overall excellent company to do business with.

Shoddy workmanship, sloppy crew. Did nothing to protect surrounding areas, no vellum or drop cloths used, got tile dust throughout our house, damaged existing window, globs of drywall patch and paint on tile not cleaned up. Grout work on wall tile uneven. Seam tape on ceiling still shows, no primer put on drywall before painting. Painted over holes in wall without patching and sanding. The boss did not bother to inspect the work prior to requesting payment. I paid anyway to not have to deal with them further. $$$ for what we got, over $8000 for a 6x5 bathroom, and we purchased the tile, mortar, grout, sealer, paint,fixtures and replacement toilet, no floor plan change. Maybe if we had a larger job we would have gotten the A team, but clearly we did not.
