"I am so delighted I made my first call to Ed, the Television Guy. About a year ago I noticed I was getting very little sound out of my home theater's left side. They called me back promptly and came quickly. They were meticulous in troubleshooting, checking everything out. Turns out I needed a new A/V receiver, which was fine because mine was 10 years old and had run several hours a day. They recommended a new Yamaha, which had many more bells and whistles than my earlier one. The price was right, they went to pick it up, and a couple hours later my system was sounding better than I ever remembered it. What I especially liked is that they took the time to pull out all my components and they dusted and cleaned them while straightening out an embarrassing tangle of cords and wires. They dressed the wires up so nicely and it looks so much better and is organized clearly. The new receiver is great and they helped me download an app that allows me to control everything on my phone. I was very happy! I also bought a fancy new universal remote and they programmed it so nicely even I can understand and operate it. A little under a year later my whole plasma 50" TV went dark, with sound but no pic. I was so upset and sure I needed a new TV or a costly repair. Well, they went into the receiver's brain somehow and updated it, which I had zero idea of how to do. Within less than an hour I had my picture restored and all was well. I was very impressed that they stood behind the product they had sold me a year before. Big sigh of relief on my part, let me tell you. So, to summarize. Ed and Alex responded quickly both times. They are perfectionists and very knowledgeable in the ever-changing world of home theater and sound systems. I would trust them with any job it that realm and will most surely use them in the future. They are good guys, very honest and fair, and I am glad that I found them"
