The installation team, led by Edel, was punctual, professional, and left our space cleaner than they found it. Our new motorized Roman shades work flawlessly and have transformed our living room. They even followed up a week later to ensure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the installation. The entire process from consultation to installation took just under two weeks, exactly as promised. Elite Home Theaters installed a Crestron automation system as well as a home theater in my house almost 10 years ago. Bobby and his team have provided great service & support throughout the years. I can always count on there team night or weekends to help solve if any issues ever aris. Throught the years they have also helped keep the system up to date with the lastest software & technology. Would definitely recommend.
