They called to confirm a few days before and then again the morning of the appointment. They were willingly to work with my wife and I on location and the amount of items we had. If you can't lift, that's ok he brings muscle! If you have items that cannot fit in your automobile he can fit it in his. Fantastic service, I only wish I had more stuff for them to take.
