"Jeff Kleinman has every quality of an executive professional and a superior person that I trusted him totally on our first meeting. Since then, all of my experiences with him and his employees have been on that superior level. The shutters are actually beautiful. I had not expected that they would be the same color as the house and of such high quality. To say that my husband and I are pleased would be an understatement. Too bad I can't give him ten stars. So high is our confidence in him that we have contracted with him to also replace our patio awning. I originally contacted him because of all his excellent reviews. I'm proud to add my own review to help others find the very best professional in his field."

"Overall we are very pleased with the results. Donny Daugherty, our salesman and job manager, was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. He had ideas on how to deal with the grade of the backyard when others did not. We had to coordinate the delivery of a hot tub and associated electrical so the job was a little more than just a patio, but Donny was always flexible. The slightly lower score on punctuality and professionalism is due to the concrete subcontractor, Tad. He's team did a good job and we are very pleased with the result, including modifications in design that he suggested but his approach was a bit surly and his communication was lacking on when he was going to show up. Since he has a face to the customer, while not horrible, it was not pleasant dealing with him directly. He is very good at his job, but did not represent the company well when dealing directly with the customer."

"Dan and his crew are amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are very talented at what they do and help you to achieve the so desire look you want to obtain. They have this 3D feature on which they build the project for you so you can visualize how things are going to look. Dan is always available and has answer all of my questions even when the project was completed. I recommend them to everyone I know, because I trust them. My patio and fire pit area look beautiful and now I can say that I enjoy sitting outside every day. I will for sure continue hiring them for future jobs."

"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.
