Since then, all of my experiences with him and his employees have been on that superior level. The shutters are actually beautiful. I had not expected that they would be the same color as the house and of such high quality. To say that my husband and I are pleased would be an understatement. Too bad I can't give him ten stars. So high is our confidence in him that we have contracted with him to also replace our patio awning. I originally contacted him because of all his excellent reviews. "It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
