Best patio pros near Intercession City, FL

"Excellent!!! Morne transformed our yard from ignored and ugly to new and inviting. He has an artist’s mind and has a lot of knowledge about what will grow and look beautiful in varied shade and space. One thing I really appreciated is his ability to listen; it made our vision into his own. He was always very prompt and responsive to our concerns and would find ways to make our vision into a reality. We wanted a certain flagstone for our patio and he got it and made us our beautiful patio. Morne suggested plants and trees and ground cover and between my wife and Morne we have just what we wanted. He was also very aware of costs and made sure that we would get value from his work without wasting money!"

"Jeff Kleinman has every quality of an executive professional and a superior person that I trusted him totally on our first meeting. Since then, all of my experiences with him and his employees have been on that superior level. The shutters are actually beautiful. I had not expected that they would be the same color as the house and of such high quality. To say that my husband and I are pleased would be an understatement. Too bad I can't give him ten stars. So high is our confidence in him that we have contracted with him to also replace our patio awning. I originally contacted him because of all his excellent reviews. I'm proud to add my own review to help others find the very best professional in his field."

"Overall we are very pleased with the results. Donny Daugherty, our salesman and job manager, was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. He had ideas on how to deal with the grade of the backyard when others did not. We had to coordinate the delivery of a hot tub and associated electrical so the job was a little more than just a patio, but Donny was always flexible. The slightly lower score on punctuality and professionalism is due to the concrete subcontractor, Tad. He's team did a good job and we are very pleased with the result, including modifications in design that he suggested but his approach was a bit surly and his communication was lacking on when he was going to show up. Since he has a face to the customer, while not horrible, it was not pleasant dealing with him directly. He is very good at his job, but did not represent the company well when dealing directly with the customer."

"Dan and his team did a fantastic job. He really listened to my needs and made sure everything was done the way I wanted. If any issues came up, he addressed them immediately and continued working until I was completely satisfied with the finished product. I really appreciated his attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend Creative Outdoor Solutions for my next project."

"Work well done in timely manner and finished up my patio looking cozy place to sit and relax"

"Beyond my expectations. Excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend this company. Peter was there everyday to oversee the work being done. He sent me videos as work was being completed. Peter takes great pride in his work and it shows. I am so thankful I found him. Thank you Peter. My family is looking forward to spending time on our new patio and enjoying cookouts."

"Carlos did an exceptional job pressure washing my screened enclosure, pool deck and sidewalk. I also had him apply two coats of concrete paint. Everything was done on time and he cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Sunshine Services Pros."
