Since then, all of my experiences with him and his employees have been on that superior level. The shutters are actually beautiful. I had not expected that they would be the same color as the house and of such high quality. To say that my husband and I are pleased would be an understatement. Too bad I can't give him ten stars. So high is our confidence in him that we have contracted with him to also replace our patio awning. I originally contacted him because of all his excellent reviews. They have this 3D feature on which they build the project for you so you can visualize how things are going to look. Dan is always available and has answer all of my questions even when the project was completed. I recommend them to everyone I know, because I trust them. "The project came out very good. We had a steep sloping pitch off of our screened in patio with over a foot drop. So a retention wall was built to level off the large step. The pavers came out very nice and really leveled out the space to fix the safety issue and make the space usable."

"I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"

"Work was done when they promised. Repairs on paver pathway was excellent. Also, they pressured cleaned and sealed entire patio and pathway. My job was small and most paver companies wouldn t do .Now I m thrilled I have a company I can call for small or large paver concerns. I only wish I had used them for my original paver installation"

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
