His guys showed up on time, did very nice work quickly and were careful not to leave a mess. They dealt with some unexpected challenges (ceiling resurface and my own underestimating paint quantity) creatively and cheerfully...great to work with. They were also respectful of condo rules, which can be a problem with contractors! Armando was very responsive to my call, texts, and emails.
