I saw a small crack in my wall and called these guys out. james did a very thorough and professional job of evaluating the level of the floors in the house to see if there was any sagging(cool tools for sure). He then crawled under the house and evaluated it--extensive explanation, pictures, and plan. James made sure I understood the plan, the timeline, and the finances. I signed up and soon there was a crew--Jeff, Kyle, Andrew and William did the encapsulation for moisture mitigation and once again were very professional and thorough, making sure I understood what was happening when.
