Two people showed up at my house on time. One spoke some English and the other spoke none. Supposed to be a deep cleaning for this first visit. They were done in one and a half hours. Floors were wet so I couldn't come back in to see how it was. They both were in my bedroom for a good while and that's fine because that is where I spend the most time in. But I'm outside and can't see anything else. I gave them the check for a deep cleaning. When I came back to my bedroom the tv and fire stick were unplugged. That's understandable but when I moved the dresser it was just never touched at all. Two animals and lots of hair. Never touched the window sills or door frames. Manny said that he would get back with me to figure out every month or every two weeks. Haven't heard from him since the job was completed. That's all he had to do to keep me happy. But no

The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning the house. A deep clean was exactly that. They also cleaned the refrigerator and stove. They both looked cleaner than the day I got them. Both baths were spotless, literally - no watermarks. I have a Newfie that sheds so much hair she should bald by now, but they got it all up. Off the rugs, out of the corners and out from behind the furniture. They did a thorough, professional job of cleaning my house. They are definitely coming back every other week to clean my house.

They do a great job. We have used them a few times now. Communication is great and they also keep us informed regarding the inventory for the Airbnb along with being able to help with other maintenance. It items really helps when you don't live in the area and it's a vacation rental.

Feres Cleaning did a fabulous job with our move out clean. We had been a little neglectful in cleaning for a few months before the move because of work commitments. They handled the big mess and saved me a ton of time and headache. Feres Cleaning was quick and efficient with great communication providing us with clear pricing and updates before and after the job was completed. The price was very reasonable. Absolutely recommend and will be using them again!
