I can tell you the hardest part is finding competent contractors. Dow Walker is the dream contractor. "Benrahou Painting did a great job with the painting and door repair. Mustapha was on time and very nice to work with. He helped pick out the shades and finishes of paint to use for both the inside and outside of the house. He repaired the door before painting it so that I didn’t need to replace the doors.
