Jordan is very patient with people changing their mind and asking for things to be done a certain way. He really aims to please his clients. "WOW!!! Our house is now back to being beautiful. All wood cedar siding with wood porches front and back in desperate need of resurfacing and sealing. Jose thoroughly cleaned it, looked so good. Then he and his crew stained and sealed ALL surfaces. It's so beautiful now, went from good after cleaning to GREAT!!! Jose is great to work with from start to finish. I feel so Blessed to have met up with Jose (DMR Colorvisions Pro). If you need the type of services he offers you need to hire him. Polite, professional, excellent work and very reasonable pricing. You won't be disappointed. Thank You Jose!! May God Bless You!!! :)"

"They pressure washed driveway, sidewalks and soffit and facia. After that they painted my front door, my front porch ceiling, the columns on my porch and any bit of wood trim there was. This company went above and beyond to get the job done. Oh I am very very pleased with this company, the owner Freddy, and his fabulous helper Jose. I would hire them again and again and again which I probably will. Very professional very polite and very respectful. Job well done"

"Benrahou Painting did a great job with the painting and door repair. Mustapha was on time and very nice to work with. He helped pick out the shades and finishes of paint to use for both the inside and outside of the house. He repaired the door before painting it so that I didn’t need to replace the doors. I have worked with many contractors in the past for other projects and he was much easier to work with and more reliable. I will absolutely hire him again for future projects."

"They are punctual and quick response. They work hard and did a good job on my dock."
You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
There are a few ways to make your deck look new without professional power washing. First, you can use either store-bought cleaners or dish soap and water to mop your deck regularly to clean off accumulated dirt. To clean your deck and remove mold, mix two gallons of warm water with a ½ cup of distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar, rinse the area, and then scrub with a stiff-bristled broom.
The cost to professionally pressure wash your deck is $150 on average. This cost can range from $100 to $600, depending on the size of your deck and its condition.
For an average deck of about 300 square feet, you can expect to pay around $100. However, if you have a spacious 1,000-square-foot deck or more, expect that cost to be closer to $300 to $400. Likewise, if it’s been a long time since you deep cleaned your deck, the deck professional might need extra time and to use deck-specific detergent, which will increase the overall cost.
To calculate the square footage of a home exterior, painters multiply the length of the wall by the height of the wall to be painted. Then they add the total square footage for all of the walls to be painted. To calculate the price, they multiply the total square footage by their cost per square foot to prep and paint. Additional costs may factor in such as repairs, additional trim, and walls higher than the first story.
The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
