"We are a professional company that does high quality work. We strive to make every customer happy, it’s one thing that makes us stand out over others, going above and beyond the call of duty. But sometimes ungrateful customers are encountered which is what we have here. We appreciate everyone’s business! In response to your review-every ceiling was painted-including the part under the stairs. Unfortunately, that part of your ceiling wasn’t standard quality to begin with. It appeared as a piece of drywall screwed up to that location. We weren’t asked to repair it, we were asked to repaint it, which we did. We were asked to only install LVP flooring in the loft area and the upstairs bedroom (not baseboard, not 1/4 round based on your low budget) which we did, and very well. As far as the 1/4 round, we did offer to pay for and install that for you, however your schedule and ours has not yet lined up, which I mentioned, “Saturday wouldn’t work”. We weren't hired to install baseboard or 1/4 round. All you wanted was the floor down. The flooring has to be 1/4" off the wall for expansion, as its a "floating" floor. It’s safest to get extra flooring for any unseen circumstances with breakage which you still have for any future needs. We didn't charge you to haul away the old flooring, nor were we sure what you wanted to do with the old carpet flooring. We did offer to take the trash to the curb for your trash company to collect, but that wasn't good enough. We didn’t want to leave it at the curb in case you had an HOA who didn’t approve of that. You went out of town and weren’t able to get a hold of during that point so weren’t sure what you wanted to have done with your old carpet flooring. As far as communication goes, we have been extremely communicative with you. Many times, you were the one that was hard to get a hold of, especially in regard to the specifics of the “griege” color you wanted. I have messages to prove that. We have gone over the top to make you happy, but it seems impossible. I think this situation is simply is one of those in which no matter what we do, the customer will be unhappy unfortunately."
"Hi Again. And again, we apologize for the communication/confirmation issue. We try to confirm all of our estimates prior to locking them in on the schedule as many "leads" fall through due to unresponsive customers. We apologize, sincerely, for your dissatisfaction as that is something I personally take pride in achieving, great customer service. We do hope you find what you're looking for. Have a blessed day."
"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed]! We appreciate y’all!!"
