There was a lot of communication with us throughout the job. The work was well done and within the original quote. The owner, Richard, is very knowledgeable and helped us determine why we were struggling with frequent rot in our eaves and came up with a good solution to mitigate future damage and repair needs.

Kurt and Dennis arrived on-time every morning and only took short lunch breaks. Their workmanship was excellent and they paid attention to small details like repainting my house number. The quote said 5 days and they took a little less. I added some work items to the original quote but they didn't increase the cost. I got quotes from 2 other contractors and RS was very competitive. The only reason I don't give RS 5 stars is because they missed some minor spots which they corrected. This work was done in August in Florida and those guys never complained about the heat. Real pros.

Did a beautiful job painting the exterior of our house. I will call them to paint the interior when we need that job done. Fair price and hard working.

We interviewed 15 different companies and selected this company over the others for the following reasons: Richard Smith, the owner, was respectful, experienced and provided detailed answers to all our questions. He gave us references of past clients who we contacted. The references provided strong endorsements. Mr. Smith delivered on his word. Areas of the project overlooked by his painters (two-and-half week-long exterior painting of a complex two-story stucco SFH) were later addressed and fixed by Mr. Smith himself. We have zero regrets using his services and we recommend him without any reservation..

Richard , The Owner responded the next day to capture the scope of work that we needed. After a walk thru of our needâ s. Painting Exterior of our Home & Deck he provided a comprehensive quotation. Including the break down of multiple tasks. Design built privacy fence for our condensening units. And replace another design built door for my wifeâ s garden tools.Great Job buy All The Trades Men. Kurt & Dave were here every day @ 7:30 am. Worked all day doing amazing painting. It was a huge task. But what really impressed us is they cleaned up like they were never here. Big Good Job. We already have more work in the near future.

Communication was excellent! Very easy to get along with. The painters were friendly, meticulous, did a thorough job. Always on time, cleaned up every day. We would hire this company again for any home improvement projects.

Was not just painting the house, they cleaned it, patched holes, took off old plant hangers, etc. Then the painting - two colors, two coats at least and no paint splatter. They even covered the cars in the driveway to prevent paint spray accidents, Very happy with results. Crews were personable and friendly and did great work. They cooperated with us when we wanted to let our two little dogs out into the yard and altogether were very nice to work with. Would strongly recommend.

From start to finish there was great communication . The owner was easy going, had a sense of humor, but clearly a focused professional. His prices were very fair , substantially less than the two others I initially had look at the work. It was a 3 story house, luckily not too tall to use ladders. No question O would use him again if needed.

Rich is a pro. He may not be the cheapest, but he is competitive. He does what he says he will do and works fast and efficiently. If you need a painter, he is definitely the guy to call. I am more than a home owner as I spent years in the trades dealing with subs...this guy is a good one.

These guys did excellent work and dodging rain drops to boot. Very professional. Will use them again in the future.

Home Solutions came to my Canopy Walk condo within an hour of my real estate closing and by the next morning I had a detailed emailed quote for interior painting of my entire unit including crown molding, baseboards and doors. Richard Smith and his team including Kurt were easy to work with and did a superb job with meticulous attention to detail. I am delighted with the results and look forward to having R.S. Solutions handle additional home improvements down the road. Next on my list will include installation of grab bars for the guest bath and a pulldown ladder for loft in garage.
