"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. They discussed the project and materials before I hired them, completed the work as promised and painted an adjacent wall to match and modified the original agreement slightly to improve the project. They cleaned the work area before they left. They had to return a second day to apply a second paint coat but would not accept any payment until all work was done."

"Ridgeline person called right back he asked someone named David to come check out the job and take down the measurements. This Dave showed up 6:30 and he apologized. He got stuck on a job, so all is good!They completed the job in 2 days all old shingles where taken off and then they installed new roof they worked Saturday to complete the job! used a magnet to pick up nails out of grass and there where plenty ! i received 5 complements from sunday thru monday on how nice the roof matches the brick and the siding color! very pleased!"

"They worked CLEAN and efficient. They were hired to replace the old siding and install new vinyl siding. The only issues were very minor ( I am very picky about the little things!) and they were addressed promptly with no complaint. Their prices were competitive not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The workers were pleasant and attentive, the job was done on-time in spite of the weather and they were cautious to protect any areas exposed during the several storms that occurred during the process. I would have no issues hiring them of another job or recommending them to someone else."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
