When the fabric came in, they picked up the chairs, then dropped them back off to us when they were ready. Highly recommend!!"

He said he needed reinforcement and he could have it back in a couple of days. He wasn't exaggerating, he literally brought it back 2 days later. He not only fixed all of them, but he also replaced all the screws on the seats, free of charge. "We recently purchased a dining room server that was damaged during shipping.  There were a couple of significant dents in the front, and a place where the finish was damaged.  Family Furniture did an incredible job of repairing the piece!  You can't tell that there was ever any damage there!  They even fixed the finish in some areas that we hadn't noticed before.  They did this all within the original price, and in less than a week.  In addition, June and Jerry are exceptionally nice people and are a pleasure to work with.  We will be using Family Furniture for all of our future furniture repair needs.  They also have a very nice selection of antique furniture at their store!
