I decided to use Marcello based on his great reviews with Angies list...and I experience the same service level and professionalism.  The products were upholstered beautifully.  With one chair there was a problem, but he immediately rectified it.  Marcello is a honest, hardworking craftsman and I will definitely use him  again.  I will strongly recommend him to anyone required upholstery or headboards.

The new cushions are incredible!  They are well made and perfect for my deck.  Awesome job by Marcello's -- quality work, done as quickly as I needed it, for a fair price.

Excellent. The finished products were better than new. His work is outstanding.

The chairs and pillows turned out great! The chairs look and feel like brand new chairs even though they are over 20 years old. When I need more upholstery work done, I will definitely call Marcello's!

They're fabulous.  The level of detail in their workman was very good. It was a quick and easy experience and their pricing was on-par with another estimate that I received.

I dropped the cushions off on a Tuesday morning and they were finished Thursday afternoon. I picked them up Friday morning. Quality of work really excellent. The couch and love seat now have many more years of life.

He did an excellent job, was very friendly and is a master at his trade. I would recommend him without hesitation. Great work!

They are very nice people and do excellent work.  I am going to use them again after Christmas.

Marcello recovered a large Ethan Allen wing back chair and large ottoman for me. Both Leah and Marcello were so helpful in choosing the fabric for the chair and suggestions on how to trim it. I am  glad I took their recommendation! The chair is absolutely beautiful and perfect in our bedroom! I just picked up the ottoman and it is finished so beautifully .  I could not be happier with the quality of Marcello's work.  They are also two of the nicest people you'll ever meet!  I highly recommend them.

The service was very good from start to finish. There were plenty of samples to choose from. The possible outcome of the work was clearly explained. The work was done quickly and we are pleased with the results.

Marcello saw the pictures and knew exactly how to upholster the round ottoman with the striped fabric.  He told us exactly how much fabric we would need to purchase for him to complete the job.  We were nervous and he explained exactly how he would go about the job.  It took 2 weeks for him to do the job and so worth the wait.

We took our chair to Marcello's shop on July 12th. We were given several suggestions for materials to use to replace the covering on our chair. We decided on the type and color so that Marcello could order it. He also suggested that the padding on the chair be replaced which was something that we did not think of but really did need to be done to make the chair look right. They called to tell us that the chair was ready in less time than had originally been projected. The whole process took less than two weeks and the chair looks BETTER than it did when it was new! We wish we had done this sooner! We have dining room chairs which we will have done next. Marcello is a skilled craftsman!

My first contact was by phone and I took one of the chairs to his shop so he could see if he could do it. He gave me an estimate of $135 per chair. There were 6 buttons needed and the chair backs were complex comprised of 3 pieces. It was something I couldn't explain over the phone. He said he could do an excellent job which he did. He asked me about the type of material and color I would like. He gave me several material swatch books and when I had narrowed the books down to one with several possible materials, he allowed me to take the book home so I could check out the color under different lighting -daylight and artificial. I brought the book back, choosing the material and got ready to gave him a deposit.  There are no credit cards used, and I hadn't seen that. It was no problem. He said just send in a check for the deposit on the material which I did. Several days later I received a call telling me the material was in.  He arranged to pick up the chairs and he said it would be approximately a week to get the job done. I received a call that they were done one week after they had been picked up. His wife who works with him called me and told me over the phone that the chairs were beautiful and that I would be very happy with the fabric I had chosen. He brought the chairs and I am thrilled. He brought the few scraps of material left when he delivered the chairs.I had had this dining set for 34 years and with the original material on the chairs. It is special to me and holds many memories. Marcello is a superb craftsman who knows what he is doing. You will be happy with his work.
The cost of service includes labor, material, pick up and delivery, and taxes.

I bought the fabric for each chair after Marcello gave me the estimate of what each would take in yardage. He expertly gave me exactly what I needed- I only had a little extra left over, which will be enough to make a matching pillow for the wingback chair. The chairs looked  fantastic when I picked them up !  Marcello & his wife are exceptional upholsterers - you won't be disappointed in trusting them to make your furniture pieces look brand new again!!  My wingback chair & ottoman, which had needed a lot of work, looked amazing! My Mom's chair brought tears to my eyes because I now have her favorite chair which I will thoroughly enjoy for many years to come. Marcello had also made arm rest covers for both chairs ! I was truly  amazed at the quality of the work, the time it took to have them done was reasonable & pricing was  more than fair for the amount of work done. Marcello & his wife do an exceptional job!!

They are a hidden jewel that no one knows about. They do custom upholstery work. They repair or refinish the fabric or cushions. He is a real artisan. They did all of the work for a very high end furniture store, Robb and Stuckey.  Not only do they provide business to retailers, but they will also perform work for individuals. They do very high end work and they cost is very reasonable. I was shocked at how custom my custom outdoor furniture was. The cushions have indentations that go all around the metal and the cushions were cut to form very closely to the contour of the furniture. You are able to receive high-end retail work at wholesale prices.
