Arrived promptly and cleaned thoroughly two rooms and my dressing area. Nice and clean for the holidays. Used Bowen Cleaning Service last year and was happy to have Mr. Bowen return this year.

He did a great job. My ceramic has never been cleaner.

Scheduled an appointment about 10 days in advance, and Dan was right on time and did a great job at the agreed price. We would recommend Dan to others.

He is the best !! Owner does the work and his system is much better than those I have utilized in the past. Very punctual and professional. Ensures furniture and walls are protected before he starts. High cleaning temp allows for quick drying.

I found the companyon Angie's List when we had an emergency pet clean up problem and Chem Dry could not come out on such short notice. Dan came out, gave me a quote that included everything (no hidden charges or "extra protection services") He did a great job and the carpets were dry within a couple of hours. They looked great. He got the stains out and also cleaned my daughter's upholstered chair at no charge. A genuinely nice guy and great service. I have used him three times since the beginning of the year and will continue to call him over and above any other carpet cleaning compnay. I will be calling him in the next month to have him clean my tile also, as he gave me a very reasonable quote.

Before we moved out of a house we rented, we were required to have the carpet cleaned. There was only one carpeted room that was divided into a living/dining room. We have 2 small dogs who are usually gated from the carpeted area, but this morning one of the movers must have moved the gate and there were 2 fresh carpet stains (urine) when I showed Mr Bowen the area to clean. I offered to clean them myself before he got started. (I have discovered a product called and quot;Spot Shotand quot; that has removed every stain I've tried it on, including dried or wet urine). He said no, that he would be able to clean it. When he finished, the carpet looked nice except for a small, barely noticeable spot that I knew was from a piece of candy. He said he couldn't get that stain out, but the other two looked like they were gone. When the owners moved back in the next morning, the two urine spots had reappeared. (Mr Bowen later told me that the carpet had wicked the urine up from the padding) I called and asked Mr Bowen's secretary to have him come back and try to get the stains out again. She said they probably wouldn't come out after being steamed, but made an appointment to try again. A few days later, I got a call saying the owners wanted to cancel the appointment because they had decided they wanted me to replace the carpet. There goes a very large deposit!
I felt that since Mr Bowen knew they were fresh stains and that the carpet could wick up the urine from the pad, I should get a full or at least partial refund. The stains would not have reappeared if I had cleaned them because I would have soaked up the urine with paper towels before treating the stain. When I called to ask for a refund, Mr Bowen talked over me, repeating that I would not get a refund. A bit rude.
When I hire a carpet cleaner, I don't expect the stains to reappear. I am very disappointed in this company's service.

They did a fine job and actually came back and cleaned some places we had questions about. They said they'd come back out for any questions or concerns. They were very reasonable, kind and cooperative.

I would highly recommend them. I found them on Angie's list. They were very personable and worked hard. He cleaned up after himself. They came out the same day and took care of my problems.

We have used Bowen in previous years. Since our local person went out of business, we decide to call Bowen again. When I called to make the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to get a cleaning scheduled within the week. I also go an estimate the same day. The day of the appointment, they showed up 15 minutes early! He got to work and was finished much earlier than I anticipated. My carpets were destroyed from my two young children and a 17 year old cat that was having kidney problems. To my surprise, the carpets came out beautifully and without any residual stains! We will definitely be using Bowen again!

The job went perfectly. Dan arrived right on time and was ready to get to work. The carpet and tile were beautiful when he was done. The tile dried quickly and it probably took the carpet about two hours to dry. I really appreciated Dan's professionalism. He worked fast but was extremely thorough. I will definitely ask him to come back when we need our carpets and/or tile cleaned again. I know I can count on him to come and get the work done quickly and thoroughly and for a reasonable price. Plus, he charges by the room, so if we decide to only have one or two rooms done, not a problem. Also, Dan charged exactly what he estimated over the phone... no surprises. We loved his work!!

I only had one room to carpet clean and Dan was able to quote a price for just the area needed. Every other service I called wanted a minimum 3-room price which was much more expensive and more than I required. Dan arrived a few minutes before the appointment and completed the work professionally. I will definitely call him in the future.One room carpet

Wonderful experience! Dan Bowen, also the company owner, was very professional, punctual, and our white carpets are clean again and a room that had really deep stains is now spotless! He did a great job! Bowen Cleaning is very reasonably priced and will do one room or multiple. I was originally quoted for one room, but realized that there were other areas that could use a cleaning before he got here and he tackled them without a second thought and at a very minimal (and expected) extra charge. There was no minimum requirement and no add-ons like a lot of other companies (competitors start at around $90 and go up to $125 minimum). I would use them again in a hearbeat! p.s. they also only take checks or cash, so make sure you know where your checkbook is before you have this wonderful, local, non-chain company do a spectacular job.

Arrived on time (actually a little early, but not too early), was very professional. Went beyond what we asked in that he cleaned under 3 dog crates and underneath the couch. The berber carpet looks very nice. Took a couple of hours. We are very happy with Mr Bowen and will definitely use him again.

They are reasonably priced. They are professional and prompt. I was pleased with them. I will definitely use them again.

He was prompt and squeezed me in between other jobs. He didn’t charge me for the extra rug. He was very professional and did a great job.
