"Courteous, thorough in his explanation of each step of the process.  Worked until he was done with the job, left no mess behind.  The carpeting was wetter than we expected although he told us we could walk on it.  We just didn't like the sensation of squishy as we expected the extraction would have handled that.  We have never had carpet cleaning before, we always have had tile and hardwood floors.  Scott says not all companies do the extraction.  We are glad he did.  I can't imagine how wet other companies leave carpeting.  Everyone was friendly, including Amber who set the appointment for us.  I highly recommend RugRats over any company out there."

"We had a great experience with this service provider. The provider did a free estimate which only took a day or so to get. Once scheduled they showed up on time and were very professional. Our terrazzo floors were definitely in need of a good cleaning everyday wear and tear had finally took it's toll on these once amazing floors. The service provider was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. We will be recommending his company to our neighbors and friends. We have since had all the carpet and flooring done at our offices."
