"Where do I start to inform anyone in need of a handyman or renovation work how exceptional this man is? I was in need of someone to do some minor renovation and repair work on a rental property. I was under the pressure of time to get it on the market and fill the vacancy. I live out of town from the rental and happened to be on the property and hoped to find someone who might be able to show up after a sudden tenant vacancy. I called the list of handymen listed through google. After about 7 calls of disconnected numbers and people that couldn't be out for weeks O Perea answered and told me he was in the middle of a job that he could pause to come out and give an estimate. I could immediately tell by his attention to detail that he was the man for the job. I hired him immediately. Prompt, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, punctual all apply here. He showed up exactly as he said. On time and early. The work was done impeccably and sooner than expected at a price that was extremely reasonable. A lot of reviews throw around the word exceptional so often that it loses it's meaning. When I say that Perea custom design & Handyman service is exceptional I can tell you that word not only applies but was earned! Take your chances with someone who may or may show up or do as I did to make sure it gets done. Call Perea custom design.   Scott MacLean Melbourne Fl."

"Southern Rust Woodworks has the best custom built products around. I have several pieces he has made for me, and I get asked all the time who did them and how to contact him. He can make anything you want! Or if you donâ t have an idea, he has great ideas himself. My house is basically a Southern Rust Woodworks showcase. Love all my pieces and they are excellent quality. Love all his products!!!"

"Brian first repaired a wall in my house that had water damage, then he did a few other jobs such as 2 closet installations, tv installation, pressure washing and a couple of other repair jobs around my house. He seemed extremely skilled and hardworking. He was very personable and courteous, and he’s a Christian, too! He did a great job, I’m very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Totka Construction for carpentry & construction work."
