The teams worth ethic was just how it should be (and unheard of in 2025), the team was happy, no complaining. Bryan, the owner was there painting along with his team and all team members took pride in their work. Fantastic job. 3 coats of rolled elastomeric paint, isn't going to let any water get in here. We were always kept informed of the progress with text messages, knocks on the doors etc. They paid attention to detail unlike any others. You will not be disappointed. Best decision"

We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. The team was prompt and on time, and the job was finished faster than expected. We love our beautiful new deck, and wholeheartedly recommend JC’s Contracting. Thank you, Jose!"
