"Adam did an excellent job cleaning the house. It smells great here. He cleaned our kitchen very nicely and took care of all the surfaces and under the bed and left the house smelling good feeling good. He’s a very nice guy and has an excellent bedside manner. He brings his own products and supplies and cleaning implements, which is also a plus. Totally professional. Would use again."

Small jobs welcome

"These guys are Great! I reached out to them on Yelp and they responded right away. They were able to quote me a price for power was my house and stuck to that price, no surprises. I scheduled the cleaning and had an unexpected trip come up and has to cancel. They were great about it and followed up with me to see if there was anything they could do; which was great, because life got in the way and I totally forgot to reschedule. Will definitely be calling on them again to do some other jobs that need to get done soon!"

"Greg did a fantastic job cleaning out our dryer vent. He took the time to show me how the dryer was performing before and after the cleaning, and getting all that lint out made a big difference! I will definitely have him out next time the vent needs cleaning."

"Voda Cleaning & Restoration is an excellent company to work with!. John, the owner responded quickly to my request for service & was able to accommodate my tight schedule. Isac, the technician who came to clean my rugs & sectional couch was wonderful to have in my home. His communication as to arrival time was very considerate. Isac explained my options for protecting the rug & couch after cleaning as we have a dog who loves sleeping on the couch…. When the job was finished, my rug & couch looked new again! I highly recommend Voda Cleaning & Restoration & will definitely use their service again."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

A green roof is a roof design that includes a thin layer of vegetation on the roof surface. It’s an environmentally friendly option. Some green roofs may look like they have moss or algae on them, causing neighbors to suggest that you clean the roof. However, you should never try to clean a green roof, as any cleaning methods you deploy will likely kill the vegetation.

To keep your PVC roof in top condition, keep it clear of debris, ensure drainage systems are working properly, and inspect it for damage regularly. Keeping the roof clear of ponding water, sharp debris, and other hazards will prevent damage. Have your roof inspected by a professional once a year to ensure the seams aren’t damaged or separated—faulty seams can lead to destructive water intrusion.

Tile roofs, including clay, concrete, and slate, are considered low-maintenance materials that require fewer repairs and less care than many other roofing options.

  • Clay tiles require minimal maintenance. They stand up well to the elements and UV radiation, repel water, and do not easily stain, discolor, or fade in direct sunlight. Clay tiles do not need sealing. Maintenance is typically only required to replace cracked tiles, which can be caused by foot traffic, extreme weather, or fallen tree limbs.

  • Concrete tiles are also low-maintenance but require more upkeep than clay. They need to be sealed every few years to maintain water resistance, and their color tends to fade more quickly than clay.

Aside from these material-specific needs, general maintenance for tile roofs includes annual inspections, routine gutter cleaning, and addressing repairs as they arise. A well-maintained tile roof can provide 50 to 100 years or more of protection for your home.

A professional roof cleaning lasts about a year on average, so it’s best to do it annually. This schedule helps catch any roof problems before they become extensive and helps prevent mold, moss, and algae from forming. If you live near the coast, annual roof cleaning will help prevent salt buildup on your roof. You can add professional roof cleaning to your yearly home maintenance checklist to ensure you never miss a year.
