He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaned."
