We were able to get an appointment for the next day, possibly because this was just before Christmas. The next morning they called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. The fellow who came out was friendly and professional, including calling in to check on how best to handle an oddity of our chimney. We were happy with his work and with his care for keeping the house clean while doing the job. We would certainly use this company again."
