"The overall experience was great. I called Kenny for an inspection and he was quickly available (Same day I called). Kenny came by and took care of all the issues I had. The overall quality will be tested once the rain picks up, however to the naked eye it seems he took care of all our worries. When Kenny came by he remembered working on the next door neighbor’s house, so he took me over and she was very happy to see him and recommended him immediately. This gave me overall comfort. Work was completed in 2 days. The found the price to be fair but I’m not a roofing expert. I would recommended him to anyone I know."

"The technicians were on time, communicated well and listen to what I had to say. They gave an Angies list member discount of 10 percent. The initial proposal was to start the job in 2 weeks however they arrived 3 days after the proposal. With a water leak the sooner the better to get started. So KUDOS to Robert Roberts 1st Coast Roofing. The work looks great and should be watertight. If not they have a 3 year guarantee. Great company to work with and will add to llist of providers to use in the future. Happy Customer :) John"

"Michael came over to give us an estimate for painting an empty condo we had just purchased. We thought he may charge a little more than the coupon because there were 2 vaulted ceilings. Since we were having the popcorn removed beforehand, the ceilings would be finished and would not need painting. He explained that there would be 2/3 days of "prep work" included in his 40 hour estimate.

We thought this was excessive. All in all, he estimated $1,000 additional from the 40 hours we had purchased. We contacted him 3 days later, with a phone call after an email. At this point he wants us to pay $1,500 additional and advance him money for prep supplies, this just kept getting worse so we decided to opt out of the whole situation."

Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"Dave called me back promptly and Emailed me an estimate for our roof. I did not use him immediately as I wanted to wait for hurricane season to be over. When I contacted him a few months later he stood by his original estimate. His crew completed the job in 2 days start to finish and the roof looks beautiful. He also was able to stop the leaks on the screened porch that we had had since it's installation 12 years ago. Overall a good experience.
