WL contacted me, provided a quote, and scheduled the work quickly. He patched/textured the drywall problem areas I created after removing a ceramic towel bar and toilet paper holder for a reasonable price. Everything looks great! I will contact him again next time something comes up!

Whitman and David did a super job replacing the popcorn with knock down. I have 3 skylights which was challenging, but they took their time and made them perfect. Great customer service and someone you can trust!

It was very difficult to work with them. There were a lot of cleanups because they did not cover things. My closet was full of dust because they opened the door which I had closed. I would not use them again.

Whitman and his helper arrived on time and ready to work. Had a Guest bathroom to repair drywall to one wall and ceiling. Paint whole bathroom two colors.Repaired, textured ceiling, showed me options decided on knockdown. Painted the ceiling and also the drop ceiling in the shower area. Matched paint and painted the room. They worked hard and had the whole project done in one day. All materials were supplied, and they were within budget. Strongly recommend WL Property Service and will hire him and his team for future painting and drywall needs. If I could give him a 10 and two thumbs up I would.

Whitman and his team were very professional. They painted and smoothed ceilings in three rooms. They replaced one room that had acoustic tiles to finished as smooth ceiling. It looks awesome!
