Adam and his team were wonderful. Did precisely what was called out on the work agreement. No hidden charges, no added fees. Work was started on time and completed in less than one day. The yard was cleaned up beautifully. I found no trash or nails anywhere. The work completion form was sent to my insurance company the very next day. If you want a professional and reliable roofing company, Gifford Roofing is the company to call.

My husband and I hired Gifford Homes to finish a remodel that the first contractor had messed up and ended out costing a lot of money. Richard came in and finished the interiors for us and also did a completely new landscape on 2 full acres including redoing a pool, installing all new hard surfaces around the pool area, and an outdoor kitchen bar area. They did a great job and we were so happy to find an honest and well organized contractor. If you have ever built or remodeled before, you know it is tough to find good contractors. I highly recommend Gifford for any construction needs you may have.

We hired Gifford and Gifford to remodel the family room and the master bedroom entertainment walls in our home and could not be happier! Richard has a great eye and is a knowledgable pro, so his ideas about design, materials, execution, and construction were spot on. He handled the project professionally, within our budget, and within our timeframe. As we were traveling at the time of construction, we trusted him with our home and there were no surprises, uh-ohs, or oops! The communication was good despite being gone, and the workmanship quality was excellent. We have done jobs for Gifford Gifford for many years. Richard is one of those old school guys who if hes going to do something, hes going to do it right. A TON goes into building a home, an abolute TON, and corners could be cut left and right. When looking for a builder, personally the most important thing to me is finding someone who is professional, caring, honest and always strives to hold themselves to the highest level of integrity. Richard is a perfect example of each of those qualities. Things can and will go wrong when building a home, it happens. All companies make mistakes but the best companies, fix those mistakes. Richard built a home for someone a few years back and recently they had some water leaking into the middle of their bathroom (again, it happens right! Its not like that issue had anything to do with Richard or his workmanship. He did not pour that slab). Richard rang me up and paid out of his own pocket to have this entire bathroom repaired (not cheap). I do not mention that so you can expect free things from him but I mention it to show Richards character and personality. There is something to be said about those & old school guys in the custom home building industry. Richard and Sheri are honest, caring and straight up people. If you have them build a home for you...I promise, you could not be in better hands.

Gifford Homes did an amazing job on our kitchen. This was a major overhaul including knocking down walls,adding headers, and completely gutting and reconfiguring our existing kitchen. I love Ruben their project manager who was in charge of our project, he has amazing attention to detail.He is what I would consider a perfectionist which is a great quality to have in a contractor.I never felt the need to micromanage his crew and always felt confident they would do exactly what they said they would to Gifford Homes excellent standards. And if they did not, Ruben would make it right. This was the first major home project that we hired out for and I am so glad we chose Gifford Homes. They definitely puts the customer first. For example, during the final walk- through I showed Ruben how a cabinet door got deeply scratched when his guys were installing and adjusting a pull out feature. Before he left he had a new door on order.I would highly recommend Gifford Homes and look forward to hiring them for our next major project.
