"Terrible experience. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Jose Eduardo was very attentive and quoted me $4800. I paid him half and he presented me with a set of plans. I paid him the balance. I subsequently realized the plans were wrong, he had the kitchen and bedrooms in the wrong place and so I contacted him to do the revisions before anything was submitted. He never answered any of my calls and has never done the work. I am out the $4800, which was my fault for paying it in full. I am moving to report him to the Better Business Bureau."
