"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"

"KC came to measure the area, made some suggestions, and returned the next day with large samples in the color I requested. He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

"Robert and Ceasar did an amazing job on 2 of the bedroom floors. Robert was very easy to talk to and work with. Very nice guy. I am very happy with my luxury vinyl flooring. He even took some extra junk I didn’t want and was able to load it in his van. I will recommend him to everyone who needs flooring done. If there was an option to give more stars I would do so. His pricing is very reasonable. They also got both rooms done all in the same day. I have added the before and after pictures of the rooms as well. "I want to thank Zoltan Filkor for a terrific job on my hardwood floors. I had engineered red oak hardwood in my master suite and a casita. They got me on their schedule within a couple of days, were in, out, and completed in less than a week, and with a color change and refinishing, it looks terrific. They were very careful around the baseboards and other wood, and it requires very little touch up. I was pleased with the pricing, and the workers were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone."
