.It went great . He was the one who did the work so you didn't have a lot of people in and out of your house. We are please with the work

It was very hot and humid that day and Scott had to go in and out. We have a small bathroom and it was warmer back there. we don't have central air. Scott worked very hard to get the floor and done so we wouldn't be without a toilet that night. He had to take the toilet out and all the old floor which was wet and dirty. I'm now walking on a hard floor and the allure flooring on top looks great . He put neat white molding all around and came up with a solution for the outside of tub which was rusting through at the bottom. Scott is professional polite and a nice person. What he did was worth every penny I paid. Thank you Scott. Dee  

Old bathroom floor was a mess soft and sinking. Scott is a very hard worker and gets the job done not wasting any time. Very polite and professional. Explains what needs done and why. It was a very hot  humid day, however Scott worked without stopping so the   bathroom could be used that night, sweating all day from the heat.. He put in a new pressed hardwood floor and allure flooring on top, nice neat white trim all around. I had a problem at the base of tub and didn't know what could be done. Scott fixed the problem. We had a new toilet installed by his plumber. Bathroom looks great. I'm so happy problem is fixed.

    Work was finished that same day as Scott didn't want us without use of the bathroom. Scott earned every penny.

Prior to starting work, Scott came to the house two days to review the work to be done, and provided me a quote.  He provided details about what materials were needed and what work was going to be done.  Scott was very thorough in his explanation of what I should expect and what the cost would be.
On the day of the job, Scott came out at the time he said he would and went right to work.  Scott kept me informed throughout each phase of the installation...this gave me the peace of mind I needed considering he was putting a hole in my kitchen wall going to the outside.  This is the type of job you can only do right once.  Scott expertly cut a hole in the concrete block wall from the outside and it aligned perfectly with where the inside duct work was to go.
The job took about 5 hours.  Scott and his helper were courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the entire installation.  They cleaned up after the job was completed and left no sign that they were ever there, other than a kitchen vent that now exhaust to the outside.
I highly recommend Schrader Home Improvement Specialist, Inc. and will definitely call Scott and his company for any future handyman/home improvement needs.

Scott Schrader provided good work at a fair price and fulfilled the terms of our agreement.  He assisted us in selecting the proper materials, arranged payment and delivery.  As the work progressed, unforeseen issues were encountered which he addressed without difficulty.  Overall, we are very pleased with the level of service and the quality of work performed.  We would recommend Scott be given consideration for any project requiring his skills.

We met Scott Schrader on Nov. 23, 2013 when our bathroom commode broke and turned water and sewage between our parque and tile floors and sub-floors.  This has turned out to be a $37,000 problem.  Scott took up the flooring and subfloor in the bathroom, kitchen, hallway, bedroom and part of dining room and replaced them.  He took out the bathroom tub/shower, sink and comode and replaced them.  He also completely remodeled the kitchen, including installation of cabinets, built by cabinet-maker, except for plumbing.  He did a fine job and is a very hard-working, honest man.  We were lucky to have him working on our house.  He even went under the house to put in insulation.  He also located an honest plumber to do the plumbing work for us.  

We are retired teachers with 40 years each of experience.  We have never had anything like this happen before, and Scott made it possible to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  We would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their home.  We now have a home that is much nicer, due to his excellent work.

Prompt response and showed up to work on Holiday weekend. Hard, tedious work. Excellent work ethic and handymen.

We used Scott Schrader to times (1st in Oct. 2011, 2nd in April 2012) to paint and do misc. carpentry work on two high-end retail stores.  His painting and carpentry work are excellent and the finished products were certainly to the standards required of a high-end, boutique retail environment.

Scott Schrader is a fantastic carpenter and knows what he is doing. He is as honest as they come and I would give him the highest recommendation. The work he did on our house looks beautiful and my wife and I are looking forward to our next project of course using Scott.
