The leak was fixed to my expectation. The response was immediate, the service was punctual and was at a reasonable price. Jessie and Mike were very professional and courteous. The work area was also cleaned after the work was completed

TOP QUALITY-arrived on time, professional install and great clean up. Quite frankly, you can't ask for more of a fine contractor like Aquatic Specialist. The owner,/manager, JR, delivered on his promises and was quite pleasant-easy to get along with.

1st he started a job before I agreed for him to do it. Then he was very argumentative when I brought to his attention but, I felt obligated to pay him. After he started the job, he couldn't complete it for several days out. I paid him a stabilizer fee of $50 for 6 mo period and 1st mo pool maintenance fee $80 but, after the 1st month of receiving poor pool maintenance services I was done. He never showed up when he would say which created security issue for me when I have to leave doors unlocked, and when he did the pool was not vacuumed, and the chlorine still read very low, and the walls of the pool were not scrubbed still had algae, it was simply unacceptable. Every week for 1 month I had to bring up issues to his attention and he would apologize and say he would come back but, never would show up. I had to fire him and requested my $50 stabilizing fee back because 1st of all he never put stabilizing anything in my pool it was me but, his response was "we didn't quit, you're the one not happy and we do not offer refunds". So not only does he do poor work, he is very unprofessional to say the least, he is also a thief. He knows he got over on me but, what goes around will come back around. If this is the type of businesses to expect from using on Angie's list then you may want to re-think Angie's list. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney's General office.

"Good Morning, Hope your day is blessed as mine is this morning. My company does not start a job without receiving approval from the customer, and payment from the customer. We are very professional and considerate of the customer always. We actually gave [Member Name Removed]a great deal in resolving her pool issues. We brought [Member Name Removed]into the pool store and even let her get a new filter at our company cost to help her out. When starting her pool it was discolored (green/yellow) and she was complaining about her last pool guy which as I can see now must be her normal continuous routine. I got her pool chemistry back, stabilizer was added, fixed her filter and made sure her pool was sanitized and swimmable. I explained to [Member Name Removed]that I could not install the filter until the weekend which we agreed on in advance. [Member Name Removed]was not forced into anything or obligated. If she was she would have never walked into the pool store with me to get her filter at my cost. I told [Member Name Removed]her pool day would be on Mondays I came to her home 3 Monday’s and she had her pool screen locked each time I came I communicated with her the need for her to leave her pool screen open so I could service her pool. Every time I was able to service her pool when the door was actually open the pool was vacuumed, skimmed, brushed, cleaned & chemicals were done properly. I also installed her filter that I let her get at our company cost. No refund was due to [Member Name Removed]as the pool had been serviced for 5 weeks and stabilizer was added at the beginning of her service. Sadly I did [Member Name Removed]a favor by helping her out with her filter and since she got the service she needed and now it is time to make payment which is due she is writing this false review. Our company takes pride in our work and holds a very high standard of customer service for our customers. Nothing was ever stolen from [Member Name Removed], all I did was help [Member Name Removed]out by saving her money on her filter. Please be aware of this customer as she also did this same routine with her last pool guy so this must be her normal routine. Thank you, Aquatic Specialists LLC"

Excellent! Very professional business. Went above and beyond to do a very long over due cleaning job of exterior siding, concrete walkway, large driveway on same day notice. Home is now fresh and new, better than ever. I really wish I had done before and after pictures as the difference really is night and day!

Amazing.. I was frustrated with my last pool guy unable to maintain the pool, since Jessie has started he got my pool right and kept it right!! Every time I call him he quickly comes by! And mind you I have an Olympic size 12 1/2 ft pool so it’s not an easy job! Now I feel confident in having guests at anytime that my pool is always beautiful blue! I definitely recommend him!!
