"I left a message Saturday asking them to call me after the Memorial Day holiday weekend. They called Tuesday morning and set an appointment for between 10 and 2. At a few minutes before 10 the repair man called to ask if he could come. He arrived a short time later and gave me a quote and I accepted it. He started working and replaced the wheel I knew was bad and two others he said were going to fail soon. He also adjusted the spring so the the door doesn't slam like it had been doing. The door also sound much better now going up and down after he finished."

"We have used Griffiths Metal Products for almost 40 years when my parents hired them to fabricate our gate and a matching fence. I used them to renovate the gate when we remodeled and to re-fabricate the fence when it was damaged after an accident. They recently fabricated a brand new gate when we renovated and it is perfect! My neighbor had a damaged awning (they had hit one of the supports), they had two companies come out who both said that it either could not be done, or that they would have to remove the awning etc and that Ian awning company would have to replace the awning. Griffiths Metal came out and fixed it in about 45 minutes for a nominal fee. The repair is totally invisible. I have, and will continue, to use Griffiths Metal Products for any fabrication, repair or renovation job that I require. I had a 14 month renovation that took 5 years. "Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property.
